Higgins Homes builds a wide-ranging portfolio of properties throughout London and Essex. For our first project with Higgins, TGV was asked to design a brand identity for a new development in Buckhurst Hill, Essex.
TGV created a contemporary identity to appeal to a relatively young target audience, whilst remaining loyal to the development's Victorian style. With a name inspired by the nearby ancient Knighton Wood, the Keeper's Gate brand features a simple 'K' monogram, with subtle yellow highlights to echo the Victorian brickwork. Following the success of the campaign, all apartments were sold off plan.
